Natalie and Jack

Natalie and Jack’s wedding was held in September in beautiful Paradise Valley Arizona. They gave us two months to plan a full wedding and we made sure to pull together a team of veteran wedding vendors to make the magic happen!

The couple chose the beautiful El Chorro property which is at the base of the picturesque Camelback Mountain. They had held many special family events over the years at El Chorro’s restaurant and felt that it was the right fit. It came together beautifully and it was an amazingly fun wedding from the toasts to the surprise performance by the groom.

The couple got ready at the adjacent JW Marriott Camelback Inn. The ladies enjoyed some champagne time while getting ready which we always say is a must! Then both sets of parties traveled next door to do First Looks and photos prior to guests arriving. The bride did a First Look with her son as well as her Father which was the sweetest!

Ceremony was held on a private, tucked away lawn with beautiful white, ivory, and peach florals by Zinnia Floral Co. It would not be complete without a perfect dip photo of the bride and groom!

Cocktail hour was held on a nice, cool misted patio, with signature drinks and passed appetizers while the couple popped out for a few more photos with Robert Godridge Photography, our photo and video team. The couple posed with some photos of their fur baby ringbearers, who after all the excitement of the ceremony were ready to go back to the hotel for a much needed nap!

Grand Entrance was full of fun energy and the bride and groom slid right into their first dance with cold sparklers of course!

Everyone enjoyed plated dinner service. Toasts were wonderfully spoken, btw the couple was drinking out of heirloom wedding champagne flutes that had been in his family since 1899. So amazing to have something that precious on the day of their wedding.

Reception was held outside under bistro lights and candle filled tables. Zinnia Floral Co kept the beautiful romantic theme going with taper candles, and touches of peach, with additional rentals being provide by Bright Event Rentals. We do love those chargers! All of our wedding stationary and day of items were provided by Celebrations in Paper. Including our program fans that helped keep our guests cool while the warm Arizona autumn sun was still up. The couple sat at the most romantic sweetheart table, thanks to Zinnia they flooded it with candles and the floral columns from ceremony which made a stunning display in front of El Chorro’s cozy fireplace.

After dinner party mode went into full effect, dancing was brought inside and DJ Randy kept it vibrant and upbeat. Then onto our outfit changes. Both bride and groom changed to get more comfortable and of course had custom Nikes on. Their gorgeous cake was made by the talented A. Cakes Bakery and it was delicious. Then for some champagne tower photos!

Then to our surprise, we had no idea this was going to happen, the groom did and impromptu performance that we would not forget. So apparently he used to be a cruise ship entertainer in a past life and did a performance of NSYNC’s Dirty Pop complete with singing and full dance routine. We are still not over it and I don’t think their guests are either!

Finally it was time to end the night with a wedding exit of cold sparks and handheld sparklers, how great is this photo Robert Godridge snapped??

Overall such a fun wedding and we could not have done it in such a short time without our incredible vendor team. Cheers!
