They both swiped right!

We all have heard stories about online dating but every once and awhile you hear a gem that gives you hope. Bianca and Chad are one of those stories. They both chose to swipe right and in conclusion they had one of the most heartfelt and fun weddings of the 2024 Spring Season!

Through the planning process we realized how much these two were made for each other. Come the wedding day we had so many fun moments of excitement but also moments when there wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

They chose to have their wedding at the elegant Wrigley Mansion in Phoenix, AZ. Bianca’s vision was of a classic wedding, beautiful white florals, and touches of sage and gold. Traditional in the sense of design but what they desired most was their guests to enjoy themselves to the fullest and throw an epic party. All of this would be captured by the talented Stephen and Melissa Photography.

Wedding Ceremony

Low lying floral encircled them at their ceremony with simple white petals down the aisle, all done by Gardengate Flowers. Bridesmaids wore beautiful sage colored dresses and also adorned beautiful white bouquets to compliment the bride’s. Laughs and tears were had by all during the ceremony but let us not forget to mention the showstopper of the processional… Felix! Bianca is a veterinarian surgeon who rescued and saved this cute, scruffy , sweet little baby. And come wedding time, he donned his best tuxedo and was the most dapper gentleman of the day.

Prior to ceremony though, the couple decided to do a First Look. This was such a private special moment for them both. The wedding party was requested outside to join them. The couple sabered champagne bottles to start the day off right! How fun! This would be the first of many surprises of the night.

After ceremony, guests headed to an outdoor cocktail hour including signature drinks named after both of their furbabies. Custom artwork provided by Lauren Yvonne Design (who is amazing!) Touches of Felix and Scarlett were placed throughout the event so they were a part of the big day. A quartet played contemporary songs in the background. This helped to set such a lovely background for the rest of the event.

As guests went upstairs and entered the ballroom, they were met with a beautifully white adorned room. All the tables were dressed with white linens and floral with table names after all the places the couple had already traveled to during their time together. White roses fully encompassed the sweetheart table making it for a very romantic focal point.

As dinner service began an unexpected surprise for the bride! Chad, our groom, wanted to honor her Hispanic heritage so we surprised Bianca with a full, all female mariachi band, Mariachi Pasion. She was beyond shocked! Then to our astonishment, Bianca asked for the mic. She wanted to dedicate a song to her late mother, we were floored (American Idol watch out!) She did such a beautiful job, everyone was emotional.

After such an emotional moment the dancefloor opened and Bianca disappeared for an outfit change. Again another surprise! The couple had a full choregraphed first dance to wow the crowd. They danced 3 different styles all while Direct Sounds set off cold sparks to maximize the moment. And once that dancefloor fully opened, DJ Hot Sizzle kept it packed all night! The dance lighting covered the ballroom and the couple periodically shot off a CO2 canon into their crowd. The energy was electric.

Of course if you are dancing and drinking all night you need late night snacks and cake. The wedding cake even had Felix and Scarlett peeking out to say hi.

This was one of the most fun weddings we had all season and it was also the most emotional. We appreciate Bianca and Chad for trusting us to create their special day and bring so much happiness to their friends and family. We wish them all the best, and the furbabies too!

On a final note…..here is just one last photo of Felix! We just couldn’t resist!
